Personal Data

Volunteeringo collections information/Personal Data about you when you apply to volunteer for any charity hosted on this site. If you use the form on the 'Contact' page, your name and email address is stored.

If you request an invitation on the sign-up page, your name, email address, organisation name and website are stored. So too is any information disclosed in the attached message.

When we process your personal data in connection with the form on the 'Contact' page, we do so on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to customer and other queries and in creating and retaining records of such communications for evidentiary purposes.

Your personal information is shared with any charity you apply for. How they choose to process your data is up to them, but they are subject to obligations of confidentiality.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. This includes satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
